 1. Made-to-Order Products / Production Time

All garments are made-to-order and handcrafted upon purchase. Please allow 10–17 business days for production. Shipping is not included. A confirmation Email with Tracking details will be provided once shipping has commenced.

 2. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to begin the production process. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.

 3. Returns & Refunds 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with supporting photos.

 4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are final as production begins immediately.

 5. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide provided on our website before placing an order. If you’re unsure, please contact us prior to purchase for assistance.

 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product images, designs, logos, and text is the intellectual property of Treasuree T and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

 7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect and use personal information to process and fulfill your order. We do not share your data with third parties.

 8. Shipping

Shipping timelines begin after the production window (10–17 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

 9. Limitation of Liability

Treasuree T is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our website or purchasing our products.

 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

At Treasuree T, all garments are made-to-order to ensure each piece is uniquely crafted with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

As all pieces are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your contact email], including:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
