Our process initialises with a free of charge consultation. During this meeting we would discuss the kind of garment you would like made, as well as timelines and deadlines to address any scheduling conflicts.

Once the consultation is over, our designer would begin sketching ideas. Any and all inspiration should be sent to us to ensure that we capture the essence of your vision and create the perfect design for you. Once the design has been finalised, we would send you a quote for the item.

Fabric sourcing would commence once a 50% deposit of the quote has been received. We welcome and encourage our clients to attend this session and immerse themselves in the experience. It’s also a great opportunity to provide your input and ensure the fabric selected is to your satisfaction.

With the fabric and any other materials sourced, and the design finalised, our in-house seamstress would begin creating your garment. On a pre-arranged day, you would be required to come in for a fitting so that we can ensure the garment fits perfectly.

Once the final garment has been made the remainder of the payment would be due.
